My theory on Torchwood (now that everyone has seen it)

I loved the first episode of Torchwood the second time around!  

This is what I’m thinking:  So, you know how Jack is a fixed point in space and time all because of our beloved Rose Tyler?  Well, the fact that he is mortal now makes me think this entire “Miracle Day” situation is more of a “time-alteration timey-wimey thing” and not a “divine intervention thing.”  Do you get what I mean?  Or am I crazy?  Wait.  Don’t answer that.
